Price Guarantee

At the Mobilityshop, we want to provide the best service to you our valuable customers by offerring the best mobility equipment at the most competitive prices. We operate our price guarantee to ensure that you can buy from us with the knowledge that you are getting a fair deal and that you cannot purchase the same item for less elsewhere.

For us to offer our Price Guarantee there are a few stipulations that are non negotiable:

• The delivery address must be within the UK
• The product must be in stock on the competitors site at the time of the price match
• The competitor's product must be identical in every way including specification, colour, size, model etc
• The competitors trading company must be based in the UK and must not be a manufacturers parent website or own company website
• The competitor's price must be comparable including any delivery charges. If delivery charges are not included we will calculate them using our couriers tariff and add them to the order value to make a fair 'like for like' comparison
• We are strictly unable to price match on any electric wheelchairs or power chairs
• The competitor's price must be visibly advertised online and be verifiable by our staff at the time of the price match
• Our Price Match Promise can only be applied to web sites that sell direct to consumers
• We cannot price Match products on eBay nor marketplace sites such as Ebuyer or Amazon So what do I do if I find a lower price elsewhere ?

•If you believe you've found a product that meets the above criteria, please email us at hello@mobilityshop.co.uk using the subject line 'Match Our Price'. In the email please provide a link to the product on the competitors web site followed by a link to the product on our web site. We will then be able to make an exact comparison and provide the Price Guarantee where all the above criteria are met. Please note that we can not apply retrospective Price Matches to purchases already made with us. In addition we can only Price Match on single products for personal use.
