The Action 3 NG is probably the flagship model from Invacare with great efforts made to improve functionality as well as reduce the overall weight. This is a very comfortable and stable self-propelled wheelchair with a high level of functionality and adjustment making it suitable for the active user. The improved weight reduction makes the self-propelled wheelchair user more independent allowing easy self-propulsion and good manoeuvrability. This wheelchair is crash-tested ISO 7176-19.

The improved stability is thanks to the newly designed crossbar frame which also makes for easier and smoother folding and unfolding. Other improvements include a new footplate design that provides better comfort on long journeys. The Action 3 NG has a wide choice of seat widths ensuring that users of virtually all sizes can be comfortable and well-supported.

A very portable wheelchair that is crash tested and easy to transport

With a low carry weight of just 10.7kgs (without armrests, footrests, and rear wheels) the Action 3NG is easy to fold and dismantle, making it easily transportable in a car. Other features are the incremental footplate height adjustment that provides easy adjustment for added comfort. The brake lever can now be folded away to remove obstacles when transferring sideways. The Action 3 is available in 15" 16" 17" 18" and 19" seat widths and is available in a choice of frame colours all with black nylon upholstery.
